This covers your product/s for any mechanical defects which may be as a result of a material choice or manufacturing process.
- Ship your product back to Octagon and we’ll perform a No Charge assessment on the issue. Once this process is completed you’ll be sent an assessment report which will illustrate all warranty and/or non-warranty topics to address.
- Repairs completed.
- You’ll be notified upon completion for your product pickup.
Warranty does not cover shipping to and from Octagon. Any non-warranty repairs discovered will be on your assessment list and will require approval before proceeding.
