Using a tightly controlled critical path schedule (CPS) with which to manage each project, Octagon will ensure that we make all ship to trade dates, whether it be to the retailer, an on-site event or trade show site.  All members of each project will be put on a distribution list and e-mailed automatically when a task is coming due.  As each task is completed, the CPS will inform the entire group and thus, keep the project on track through to production.
