Octagon is currently looking to hire a full time Project Coordinator. This position is on a 6 month contract (with renewal opportunities) and an hourly rate arrangement.

To qualify:

  • Submit your resume in PDF format
  • Submit a cover letter in PDF format that illustrates why you want to join Octagon
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have knowledge of Excel
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple accounts
  • Supplier coordination will be required
  • Internal communication with the team
  • Includes preparing quotes
  • Includes preparing invoices
  • Includes opening, maintaining and closing dockets for billing
  • Time management
  • Should understand printing processes, web content organization and willing to learn
