I strongly believe in less is more so in practice of my own personal theories I’m keeping this section very short, simple and right to the point.

In a world where Marketing is key to productivity and success of any business, it simply comes down to, are you accepting and harnessing Marketing or rejecting it? - Have a pre-show plan to invite VIP (your core targets) to your booth
- Have a call to action and give something back in exchange for a lead, data gathering or following through with a booth invite
- Have your team trained (sometimes staff outside of your own brand) on our products/services and how to engage, qualify and disengage quickly.
- Lead swipes can work but in an age of Anti-Spam Regulations it’s better to create your own sign up stations where you can ask the right questions and drop that lead into a cold, warm or HOT follow-up category.
- When we look at stunning statistics such as 86% of leads are never followed up after a show how does a Marketing, Sales Manager or Owner react? Most of the time they don’t know and chalk up the event as another wasted expense. This can be avoided by creating electronic applets to help qualify, sign up, screen individuals and delivery the data you want.
- Use modern forms of promotional communications such as QR Codes, custom forms, client interaction while applying the “less is more rule”.
