We clearly understand the needs of our partner Agencies as well as their clients when it comes to Design & Displays. We operate with our Partners in any way that suits their needs, either at arms length or directly with their clients. We understand that an Agency’s client is their customer & that the Agency is our customer.

At no time will Octagon Brand Inc. directly contact your client without written or email permission from your team. It is in our best interest to protect your client and your communication with them by maintaining a standard of information exchange, price points and quality of product/s. In the event that Octagon calls upon your client through our sales team our syste will flag that customer as the Agencies account and not only will we sease to solicate business with them but we'll make you aware indirect contact was initiated and then stopped on our end. In order for us to protect your clients we do need to know who they are, what division of the brand and contact name.
